Arctic Circle Trail

CANCELLATION:

All cancellations must be made by email.

• Standard Cancellation: 15% is non-refundable, regardless of notice.

• Cancellation with 30 Days' Notice: 50% refundable, if cancelled within 30 days of the start date.

• Cancellation within 7 Days: 0% refundable if cancelled within 7 days of the start date.

INSURANCE:

Insurance is not included in the service, and clients are responsible for their own coverage if desired. All participants are required to sign a waiver acknowledging the risks involved and agreeing to take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the activity. "Arctic Circle Treks" is not liable for any of these risks or incidents.

PHYSICAL FITNESS (ARCTIC CIRCLE TRAIL):

All clients are fully responsible for ensuring that their physical fitness meets the necessary requirements for the trip, including any specific endurance, strength, or health standards, to safely participate in all activities and ensure a positive experience for themselves and others. If a client is unable to meet these requirements, they may be removed from the tour at their own expense, without refund.

In case of bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances:

Arctic Circle Treks reserves the right to modify or cancel any planned activities, routes, or itineraries in the event of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, prioritizing the safety and well-being of all participants.

Canoes

Using a canoe is done at your own risk. While operators strive to ensure safety, it is ultimately the responsibility of the individual paddler to understand the risks, follow safety guidelines, and use proper equipment. Always wear a life jacket, be aware of weather conditions, and paddle within your skill level. The operator is not liable for accidents or injuries that occur during use.
